Now that's one serious food fight. There is something to the Lebanese claim, though - I would never consider hummus a Jewish food, albeit certainly a Middle Eastern one.
ReplyDeleteThe article mentioned a similar case in 2002 with Greece winning over the title Feta. Do you know if someone/some nation was trying to steal it from them?
