Plenty for the Planet: A talk with Anna Lappé
WHAT: Drexel's Natural Academy of Sciences is bringing sustainability advocate Anna Lappé and local experts to try to answer the question "Can we feed the world and heal the planet?" They will discuss sustainable food systems and address the roots of hunger. This celebratory evening will feature local food tastings and a chance to honor participants of the Delaware Valley Farm Share and Winter Harvest programs. Just a Pinch: A Brief and Unofficial History of Jewish Cooking in America
