Hunter’s Night Dinner at Brauhaus Schmitz
What: Jen Carroll formerly of 10 Arts, Peter Woolsey of Bistrot La Minette, Osteria’s Jeffrey Michaud and Jeremy and Jessica Nolen of Brauhaus Schmitz will present a standout five course hunter’s dinner featuring the best of wild game in addition to an amuse bouche sampling from each of the chefs. A $55 seat at this feast nets you mouth-watering dishes like Rohan duck with sea urchin and cardamom cherry-jus and venison medallion with chanterelle strudel, black garlic streusel and juniper beer sauce.

Burgers and Brews
What: Philly’s inaugural fundraiser for CureSearch for Children’s Cancer gives you the chance to sample and savor the best burgers (courtesy of Devil’s Alley, Smoking Betty’s, Triumph Brewing Company, Rembrandt’s, and others) the city has to offer, complemented by a wide selection of thirst-quenching premium beers. The event raises money for CureSearch for Children’s Cancer, a national non-profit foundation which funds children’s cancer research. A live auction will top off the evening; items up for bid include plane tickets, resort stays, tickets to Philly sports team events; and gift certificates to your favorite Philly restaurants.
