Special Tastings of Sbraga
What: Chef Kevin Sbraga will offer a first taste of his new spring menu during a week of Preview Tastings at his modern American restaurant, Sbraga. During each tasting, Chef Sbraga will prepare and serve a five-course dinner to six guests at the restaurant’s chef counter. Reservations are available from Monday, April 23 until Thursday, April 26 at 6 p.m. or 8:30 p.m.

Wyebrook Farm Market
What: Dean Carlson is debuting his on-site Farm Market at Wyebrook Farm, the 355-acre oasis of sustainable agriculture he created just 45 minutes from downtown Philadelphia. Visitors are invited to tour the grounds, enjoy live music and sample the farm’s hand-butchered, pasture-raised meats, house-cured bacon, sausages, hot dogs and charcuterie. At the Farm Market, items will also be available for purchase year-round Saturdays from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. and Sundays from 11 a.m. until 5 p.m., providing one of the only truly fresh-from-the-farm experiences in the region.

Greensgrow Whole Hog Fundraiser
What: Philadelphia Brewing Company is hosting a buffet fundraiser for Greensgrow Farms. They well be serving a multitude of pork (and vegetarian) plates from local restaurants such as A Full Plate, American Sardine Bar, Pickled Heron, Standard Tap and Loco Pez.

When: Friday, April 13th, 6-9pm
